All of my material which Spirit Heart Sanctuary has for sale
in our new Spirit Store is
available through that venue for personal use ONLY. When you purchase an art
image file from the Spirit Store you are in fact purchasing not the art, but a
license to use that art and to make a single print of it for your own personal
use. This is true of all copyrighted material you might purchase through any
means.
If your print becomes damaged or worn out or lost we
additionally extend the right to you to reprint it [much better than having to
buy another print!]. If you lose or damage your copy of the image file, however,
you will have to re-purchase it at that point. If you wish to print copies to
give to friends or family, you will need to buy more than one copy of the image
or publication [an option is provided for this in the Spirit Store check-out
process]. You will still only get one image or publication file, but you will
have purchased the right to print more than one copy of it. This is all
explained in more detail on the Spirit Store's "Licensing"
page.
If you would like to use my art on your website, or in conjunction with your book, CD
or DVD project or any other commercial venue, it may be possible to license it for such purposes. I do not
license all the artwork available on this site, but with some of it I am willing
to do that.
Licensing fees vary according to your
intended use, what piece of my artwork you are interested in, and various other
parameters. If you
