COMPASSIONATE - Being in touch with the ALL about you – each individual particle of light and life...flowering, filling a field of completeness in the soul. Being aware and sensitive to each petal of the rose softly pressed against the cheek without falling prey to your own need to be caressed.
Following heartfully the prayer of St. Francis:
Lord, make me an instrument of your Peace.
Where there is hatred, let me sow love.
Where there is injury, pardon.
Where there is doubt, faith.
Where there is despair, hope.
Where there is darkness, light.
Where there is sadness, joy!O Divine Master,

PEACE-FULL - Being at peace with self and others. Seeking to know silence as a deep communion with the Universal Soul. Placing each word you speak before others as a single diamond upon a plate of gold. Offering it unbidden of expectation or reward.
OFFERING - Offering of self in Service to the Sacred. Giving yourself unconditionally to the God /Goddess that gives you life.
LISTENING - Listen to your heart, your soul, your intuitive mind. Listen to nature, to humanity, to God. Listen one moment at a time, personally and completely. Listen to those who bore you and to those whom you fear. Listen with your HEART to all of life and know that all thoughts, feelings and expressions that you hear, sense and experience are never outside of you.
LIVE THE MIRACLE of each moment. Never cease wonder, joy and hope.
